Day 33 of the Lactose Intolerance Cure

Today is the 2nd to last day of taking the Lactagen mix. This month sure has gone be quickly, which is great for getting through this program... although not so great for work, as I'm trying to get some projects completed this month.

The dosages for today are:
Breakfast - 18.75 cc of Lactagen mixed with apple cranberry juice
Dinner - 20 cc of Lactagen mixed with apple cranberry juice

As far as food I've eaten today:

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Stretch Island fruit leather
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (I was short on creativity today)
Clif bar
Chicken buger patty on toasted bagel with peach slices, baby spinach and raspberry vinaigrette

If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
