Day 29 of the Lactose Intolerance Cure

I'm feeling just fine today... well, ok. To be perfectly truthful, I'm feeling a little bit bloated and gassy. Yes, I'm sure you're glad you came here to read that. The question is, what's causing the gas. I'm doing very well avoiding lactose in everything I eat, so the only lactose I'm ingesting is the lactose that's part of the Lactagen mix. Now, the Lactobacillus acidophilus in the mix should be countering that just fine, and by now I would think my stomach is producing some of its own Lactobacillus acidophilus.

Today's dosages are:
Breakfast - 13.75 cc of Lactagen mixed with apple juice
Dinner - 20 cc of Lactagen mixed with grape juice

As far as food I've eaten today:

Total with cranberries and Lactaid milk
Cliff bar
Progresso beef and barley soup
German apple pancakes (these are sooo good)

If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
