Whew! I've really been OD'ing on these Clif bars, however, they are lactose free and a good source of balanced nutrition. They've come in handy for the mornings when I don't have time to sit down and eat a breakfast. I just make the lactagen juice mix and take it with me to work and eat the Clif bar with it. 2 more days of taking the Lactagen mix, and then 3 days of lactose rich milk for my dosages.
Dosage today
Breakfast - 17.50 cc of the Lactagen mix with grape juice.
Dinner - 20 cc of the Lactagen mix with Apple Cranberry juice.
As far as food I've eaten today:
Clif Bar
Clif Bar
Whopper (no cheese). I haven't eaten one of these things in years. It was pretty good. Maybe I'll have another one in a year or so.
French fries
Clif Bar
Pasta with beef sausage
If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
