Day 9 of the Lactose Intolerance Cure

Today the dosage was upped to 8.75cc of the mixture (3 small scoops and 1 large scoop). It was definitely noticeable in 4-6 ounces of water. Nothing unpleasant, just ... there.

Tomorrow's dosage will be 2 large scoops, or for those of you who prefer the metric measurement, 10 cc.

I'm not sure if some of you readers are expecting some really exciting occurrences during this trial, but unless my body just decides to revolt, I expect this to remain fairly uneventful. Sorry to let people down. I could add photos or videos of stirring up the mix with water and drinking it... Sounds like entertainment at its finest.

If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
