Day 11 of the Lactose Intolerance Cure

The dosage today is 11.25 cc (2 large scoops and 1 small scoop). I mixed it with about 4 ounces of water. There's a noticeable, albeit very light, flavor. If it starts to bother me, I'll just add a little more water.

The only thing that made today stand out is not being at home. I'm going to be traveling for a few days. Fortunately, I remembered to bring the bottle of Lactagen mix with me.

The Lactagen program says if you miss a day, you should just pick up where you left off the next day. If you miss more than 5 days, you are supposed to call their toll free support line to get some guidance.

If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
