Aside from moving up in dosage, day 5 has been pretty uneventful. I still feel just... normal. Not lactose-sick normal... just normal.
Today's dosage is 3 small scoops of the mixture. 1.25x3 = 3.75cc.
Day six will move up to the larger yellow scoop, which is 5cc. By the end of the first 18 days, I'll be up to 20cc and by the end second 16 days, I'll be up to 40cc of the mixture. It sure sounds like a lot, but I'm excited... and nervous to see if it works. Again, the straight glasses of milk on day 34 is what really has me nervous.
I still have a ways to go, so ... time will tell.
If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
