Today was.... normal. Were you expecting anything else? So far being on this program has not seemed to cause any lactose intolerance discomfort. Maybe I've been lucky up to this point. Or perhaps the program is designed to ease you into it to avoid discomfort.
The dosage tonight was 7.50 cc of the mix. Mixing it with water made it seem noticeably smoother and slightly sweet; certainly nothing that I can see causing any problem. Of course, as I reach 20cc, I may feel differently. I don't see the water getting chunky or anything; perhaps it will be a little like milk.
