No surprises here. I felt just fine today.
The dosage today is 16.25 cc of the mix. I liked it with juice yesterday, so... I used juice again today. I actually measured out the juice exactly to 6 ounces, and I realized... 6 ounces is less than I thought. Up to this point, I've probably been using closer to 8 to 10 ounces of water each day. From this point forward, I'll make sure I keep it at 6 ounces, since the directions say, "Mix with 4 to 6 ounces of water or juice". I'm not sure it really matters that much, but I'll stick to the directions precisely as possible to reduce variances.
As far as food today, I ate:
8 oz strawberry yogurt with Post Trail Mix crunch cereal. The yogurt, of course, has Lactobacillus acidophilus
Lean Cuisine Cafe Steamers Cajun Chicken and Shrimp
1 Peach
Clif bar
Great Value breaded chicken chunks
Green grapes
6 oz v8 fusion blueberry pomegranate juice
Hummus on flatbread
If you're new to reading this blog, and this is the first page you're reading, this is the Lactagen program. It's designed to train you large intestines to produce micro flora that will break down lactose, since your smaller intestines are no longer producing the lactase enzyme effectively. The great question is, will it cure my lactose intolerance?
